Students are taught how to identify the anatomical, biomechanical and neurophysiological factors that underline the range of motion (ROM) and balance training domains, how to breakdown the ROM and balance exercises and how to develop and implement safely and effectively all types of ROM and balance training for athletes and non-athletes.
